Threat Management & Requirements Coherence Lead
Location: Hybrid – Travel to Corsham 1 day a week

Are you a DV-cleared Systems Engineer with expertise in Sat Comms, threat assessment, systems requirements, and MOD programmes?
We’re hiring on a high-profile, long-term UK MOD programme (Skynet 6) and are looking for a seasoned professional to lead threat management activities and ensure coherence across system requirements – forming a vital part of national defence capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the enhancement of the Threat Annex for a major Category A programme.
* Facilitate and coordinate MOD Threat Forums (assessment, mitigation, and management).
* Drive requirements coherence across the programme, maintaining the Golden Thread from URD through SRD to delivery-level documentation.
* Engage with stakeholders and SMEs across Defence Digital and MOD for threat and requirements inputs.
* Maintain and manage the threat baseline under configuration control.
* Provide expert input and support in MOD systems engineering processes and DOORS-based requirements management.
Your Background
Essential
* Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance – must be a sole UK national.
* Strong experience in threat assessment, mitigation and management.
* Knowledge of MOD’s requirements framework and Golden Thread methodology.
* Familiarity with the systems engineering V-model.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Able to facilitate cross-functional working groups and forums.
Desirable
* Current access to MODNET account
* Experience working on MOD Cat A or B programmes.
* Knowledge of satellite communications (Sat Comms).
* Proficient in IBM DOORS for requirements management.
