Overview
We re passionate about providing our valued supporters with the best possible experience, making it as easy as possible to get involved with British Heart Foundation s (BHF) mission to help fund lifesaving research. Our team is growing to support the various Products we support within BHF, and we re recruiting for two new Product Owners focused on Workday Core HCM to join us. You will own the roadmap for your product, ensuring they are prioritised to drive maximum user value and support business goals. You’ll work and collaborate closely with colleagues across the business and be supported by a scrum team made up of experts in UX, development, QA, delivery, and content.
Working arrangements
This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London office. At BHF we believe in the power of being together, so our colleagues on blended contracts can expect to spend some time in their office, at least one day each week, on average. The use of our office spaces is driven in part by your role and the activities you need to do. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
About you
With a strong knowledge and understanding of product development and product life-cycle management, as well as knowledge of product discovery techniques and data analysis and insight tools you ll have previous knowledge of technical systems as well as the technology fundamentals that underpin them.
With significant experience of Workday Core HCM is essential, alongside a specialism of two of the following modules: Integrations, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Optimisation.
You ll have agile scrum experience, alongside proven experience of stakeholder management at varied levels of technical literacy, able to communicate clearly to both technical and on-technical audiences. You ll have a collaborative, positive, organised, and adaptable attitude to work, with previous experience managing supplier relationships and optimising costs, and will be able to be proactive about finding better ways of doing things and building your technical know-how. You ll have experience of analysis techniques, able to manage a varied and challenging workload, think critically, constructively challenge others and interrogate information, manage supplier relationships and optimising costs.

Interview process
