Our client, a nationally renowned automotive retailer, is seeking a Panel Technician to join their team in Newcastle. What will the successful Panel Technician do? Repair and replace body components to damaged vehicles. Return damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition. Work to manufacturer standards. Use their knowledge and expertise to decide the best way to do the repairs. Communicate with their team of MET and Paint technicians to get the best overall result from the repair process. Use specialist body repair equipment in their state of the art workshop. The successful Panel Technician will have: NVQ or ATA qualification. Significant experience as a Panel Technician, ideally from an automotive repair background. An ability to meet tight deadlines. Aluminum Repair Accreditations are desirable but not essential. High attention to detail. Full UK Drivers License. The successful Panel Technician will get: Basic salary of up to £46,000.
