The role
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll provide First and Second line support for bespoke/niche systems.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Customer technical liaison, advice, and guidance
* Monitoring compliance – CE, CA Marking, or systems, post-production
* Documentation – URDs, Tech Author, Requirements capture
* Product development and enhancement
This role is full time and based onsite at Ashchurch.
Desirable experience:
* Linux administration and Virtualisation management (VMWare)
* Networking – working towards CCNA
* Good technical reporting skills, both written and verbal
* Electronics engineering with reverse engineering capabilities
* CE / CA Marking of productised platforms
