HR Admin / Office Support Newcastle-under-Lyme£11.44 per hour (negotiable DOE)9am – 4pmMonday - FridayTemporary ongoing (opportunity to become a permanent position for the right person) Role:You will be joining a small existing team of 3, and providing much need support as their organisation is going through a period of growth.This role will entail:
* General office/admin support.
* Answering telephone queries, offering a friendly and efficient service.
* Reception duties when required.
* Speaking to potential candidates and carry out telephone interviews.
* Assist in face-to-face interviews.
* Carry out referencing checks/ Right to Work check.
* Process DBS checks.
* Liaising with recruitment agencies and other various external agencies.
* Coordinating diaries and appointments.
Requirements:As the HR Admin/ Office Support you will ideally have experience within a similar role and will be personable, a clear communicator, and offer excellent administrative skills.In addition to the above, you will ideally have:
1. Time-spent within a HR/Recruitment position (would be desirable).
2. Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical way of working.
