Team Secretary (Band 3)
Location: Omagh
Pay Rate: £12.31 per hour
Hours: Full-time (Part-time hours may be considered to meet service needs)
About the Role:
Our client, a leading organisation within the health and social care sector, is seeking an experienced Team Secretary to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to their Adult Learning Disability Service team based in Omagh.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver comprehensive secretarial support, including diary management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking.
2. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
3. Maintain efficient office systems, including filing and mail distribution.
4. Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
5. Update and manage client databases and departmental records.
Essential Criteria:
6. Minimum of 3 years’ administrative/clerical experience OR
7. 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English and Maths OR NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration (or equivalent) plus 1 year’s admin experience.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
9. Full UK driving licence and access to a car (reasonable adjustments apply).
Desirable:
10. Previous secretarial experience in a similar environment.
11. Familiarity with PARIS system.
