Junior Sous Chef | Full-time

The role:
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.
Ideal candidates:
* Are passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
* Are eager to manage the kitchen line, plan shifts, and coach team members
* Have an understanding of food safety, health and safety standards, and kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs
