THE ROLE:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes including: Commercial contract disputes, Shareholder/partnership disputes, IP and IT:related litigation and Restrictive covenant claims and more
- Handle matters from pre:action advice through to High Court/Court of Appeal proceedings.
- Collaborate with Partners on high:value, business:critical disputes.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Actively contribute to firmwide initiatives and a thriving team culture.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Applications are sought from Commercial Litigation Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
- Substantial experience in commercial litigation with strong procedural and technical expertise.
- A client:focused, solution:oriented mindset : balancing legal knowledge with commercial awareness.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast:paced environment.
