Role: Site Administrator (Construction)
Location: Leeds
Wage/Salary: £14/£18 per hour
Position: Part-Time Construction Site Administrator
This role involves administering and organizing various aspects of a construction project (high-rise residential), ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the site team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Control and Management: Maintaining and updating site records, drawings, and essential documentation.
2. Communication and Information Management: Facilitating communication between project team members, contractors, and stakeholders.
3. Meeting Coordination: Scheduling, organizing, and taking minutes for site meetings.
4. Procurement and Supply Management: Assisting with ordering and tracking materials and supplies.
5. Office Management: Handling administrative tasks, managing supplies and equipment.
6. Reporting: Assisting with preparing weekly and monthly site reports.
7. Site Logistics: Supporting tasks like booking deliveries and coordinating site access.
8. Safety Compliance: Ensuring safety procedures and documentation are maintained and up to date.
9. HR Support: Assisting with HR tasks such as timekeeping and personnel records.
10. Client Liaison: Maintaining communication with clients regarding project progress and issues.
This is a long-term freelance position (18 months), on a part-time basis.
