We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and adaptable Personal Assistant to support a busy content creator and their family. This is a dynamic role that combines diary management, family support, and hands-on involvement with content creation. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, confident in handling multiple priorities, and comfortable working in both professional and family settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing the Creator’s diary: setting reminders, identifying scheduling conflicts, and handling last-minute changes
* Liaising with accountants, lawyers and management team
* Supporting content production for social media and YouTube
* Assisting with school drop-offs and pick-ups alongside the parents
* Monitoring social media trends and suggesting creative ideas for new content
* Plan and organise travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal trips
* Running ad-hoc errands and being available for occasional evening or weekend requirements
Essential Requirements
* Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
* Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of social media platforms and basic editing tools
* Confident, calm, and patient with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work independently and take full ownership of tasks
* Comfortable around children and happy to support family life when needed
* DBS checked (or willing to obtain one)
* Full, clean UK driving licence and own car
* Right to work in the UK
* Must live within a commutable distance to Cobham, Surrey
Role Details
* Hours: 3 days per week (with occasional flexibility for evenings/weekends as required)
* Location: Cobham, Surrey (with some travel for errands and shoots)
* Contract: Part-time (self-employed or PAYE to be discussed)
* Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
