We’re supporting a well-known charity to recruit a Finance Business Partner to provide robust financial planning, insightful performance analysis, and strong stakeholder support across one of its key service areas. This is a pivotal role, offering a mix of challenge, variety and purpose, with exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to shape the organisation’s financial direction.
The key duties of this Finance Business Partner will be:
* Providing high-quality finance business partnering to budget holders, senior managers, and executive teams
* Supporting the development of financial plans, forecasts, and detailed performance analysis
* Leading the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes aligned to strategic plans
* Simplifying and enhancing financial processes to improve internal customer experience
* Identifying risks, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement
* Supporting business case development and investment appraisal
* Promoting strong financial governance and supporting stakeholders with financial understanding
* Contributing to the wider FP&A function and organisational goals

The successful candidate will be:
* A fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Experienced in management accounting and financial business partnering within large or complex organisations
* A confident communicator with the ability to influence and challenge constructively
* Ideally experienced within the charity sector
* Naturally analytical and collaborative, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
This role is being offered on a largely remote basis with travel to regional sites for key meetings only required a few times per month.
