We're looking for a DSEAR Lead to join our Natural Resources team working, working on our Thames Water Framework.

Location: Hybrid working from home, offices and sites across the Thames Water patch
Hours: Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part time hours may be available if desired, just let us know
Responsibilities
We're looking for an experienced DSEAR Lead to join our Natural Resources team on our Thames Water Framework. In this role you'll lead the planning, oversight, and quality assurance of electrical and mechanical asset inspections under the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR). You'll work closely with internal engineers and external contractors to deliver compliant, risk-managed solutions. On this framework we deliver design & build services for new and existing Infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-Infrastructure assets (above ground).
Your day to day will include:

* Managing a team of DSEAR Engineers and contractors to deliver asset inspections and remedial works.
* Auditing and reviewing risk assessments and inspection reports to ensure legal compliance.
* Leading on DSEAR-related training and development strategies.
* Overseeing the specification and acceptance of EX-rated electrical and mechanical equipment.
* Production and development of Kiers DSEAR in region processes and the timely closure of actions generated from safety, quality and environmental audits.

* Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
