Oundle School
Oundle School is seeking a qualified School Counsellor to provide therapeutic support to pupils throughout the school.
THE ROLE
Working within the Emotional Wellbeing team, the School Counsellor provides confidential and therapeutic support to pupils across Oundle School and Laxton Junior School. The role involves supporting pupils with a range of needs, from lower-level issues such as homesickness to higher-level concerns like self-harming behaviors, and implementing targeted interventions into year groups as needed.
The role reports to the Mental Health Lead.
Weeks: 33 working weeks per annum. Your holiday entitlement is added to your contractual weeks, totaling paid weeks of 36.98 per year.
