About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful delivery of exciting digital projects for their clients that will include Web based development inc website, App and API's, CMS implementation and Migration, UX/UI, Service Design, Digital Strategy, CRM and Data. You will be working with a handful of tier one clients across a wide range of industries.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for end-to-end delivery of large sized projects. This includes but is not limited to, delivery planning and management, risk and issue management, commercial management, scope management, resource management and stakeholder management.
* Primary contact for client for project delivery and responsible for all day-to-day workings to ensure we deliver on time, on budget and to scope. You are responsible for identifying, raising and agreeing Change Requests where required.
* Owner of project governance including RACI and RAID logs, project plans, burn reports, status reports, status meetings, agile events, etc.
* Collaborate with our Traffic & Resources Manager to ensure accurate and effective resource bookings.
* Collaborate with the Sales & Client Services teams to ensure value in delivery, new business opportunities are passed on and client and internal stakeholders at all levels are effectively managed.
* Be an active participant in the delivery community, sharing best practice, supporting & mentoring others, and looking to continually improve our delivery processes.
Required Skills
* 8 years plus Project Management experience
* Experience owning the delivery of large scale, complex digital projects that will include web based development inc website, App and API's, CMS implementation and Migration, UX/UI, Service Design and/or Digital Strategy.
* Advanced knowledge of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
* Extensive experience managing commercials, including budget tracking and revenue forecasting.
* Proven experience effectively managing internal and client stakeholders of all levels.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
* The ability to effectively work in high-pressure environments.
* The ability to build relationships both internally and with client.
* Strong problem solving skills.
Salary range is a basic of £60-75,000 plus excellent benefits and bonus - they run a hybrid model with 2-3 days in the office
