We are looking to recruit a driven, ambitious individual to join our team in Keighley.
This is a fabulous opportunity to join a family-run business in the AM top 50 and represent one of our fantastic manufacturer partners. This role comes with a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an achievable OTE of £60,000.

About you
We are recruiting an experienced and highly talented Sales Manager to join our successful team at our York dealership. Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your main responsibilities will include overseeing the Sales team for both New and Used Car Sales activities, managing all budgeted targets, ensuring operational standards are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities and fostering long-term growth for the dealership, the team, and yourself.
This individual will be self-motivated and able to lead from the front. You will create and nurture a customer service-driven environment through regular communication, team building, and coaching within the Sales Department.
Key Objectives as a Sales Manager:
* Achieve and exceed all sales targets through a motivated sales team.
* Manage training and development of sales staff to support performance improvements and career growth.
* Delegate responsibilities appropriately and monitor progress.
* Work with the Dealer Principal to develop policies for maximum profitability.
* Create strategies and action plans to increase business, volume sales, and profitability.
* Oversee sales campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to maximize sales and maintain a positive brand image.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements.
* Build strong relationships with financial institutions and relevant businesses.
* Maximize sales and profitability through customer satisfaction and retention.
* Communicate effectively with customers to establish long-term marketing objectives, handle complaints calmly, and resolve issues sensitively.

Your working hours will be:
Between 8:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday; and 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday.
You will work on a shift pattern to cover the business hours, averaging 41.5 hours per week over a 4-week cycle.
