Your New
Role
In your new role as ISDA Negotiator, you will join a new project team and be responsible for reviewing agreements and handling escalations on behalf of a large institutional banking cl
ient.Specifically, as the Negotiator you
* will:
Manage client-facing deliverables to the highest standards of qu
* ality.Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation
* plans.Pro-actively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and s
* with the management of the projects critical path, dependencies, and continge
* ncies.Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and ma
* naged.Oversee the adherence to all company Methodologies and quality assurance proc
* esses.Review large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately, working closely with the team to achieve a high-quality o
* utput.Read complex agreements, including financial services documents with meticulous attention to detail, while analysing and extracting key inform
* ation.Lead and train contract review teams, implementing best pra
* ctice.Communicate with clients, maintaining excellent communication skills and a professional and warm app
* roach.Effectively and efficiently operate in a deadline driven environment, with high attention to detail, to meet client expecta
* tions.Contribute to building the company's proprietary Intellectual Property in the rapidly changing Managed Contracts Services business

What You Need To
Succeed
As the ISDA Negotiator, you will ideally have 3YRS + experience negotiating end capital market documentation, specifically ISDA agreemen
t types.

* ate degreeIndependent experience of drafting and negotiating end-to-end ISDA, CSA and Repo agreements
* necessary.Client facing experience within a Professional Services firm and a strong focus on cli
