BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator from an Electrical background for their client in Middlesbrough, Teesside. You’ll support and indirectly oversee electrical projects based in the Middlesbrough office. The role involves maintaining strong client and consultant relationships while ensuring projects run efficiently, compliantly, and to a high standard from initiation through to completion. Key Benefits: 25 days holiday Bank Holidays Closed at Xmas (required to save some holidays) Mon/Fri 9am-5.00pm (37.5 hours a week) Close to public transport including Rail/Bus Free car parking Opportunity for growth and development Responsibilities/Requirements: Coordinate electrical projects via phone, Teams, and email Liaise with clients, site teams, and internal staff Manage project staffing levels (up or down manning) Act as primary contact for site-related issues Support selection, interviewing, and onboarding of personnel Verify subcontractor and consultant compliance and certifications Ensure adherence to ISO requirement Manage client and contractor liaison from project start to completion Review and verify invoicing, timesheets, procurement, and reporting as required Skills 3–5 years’ experience in an electrical coordination or supervisory role Background in electrical supervision, project management, or operations preferred Strong knowledge of UK electrical regulations, systems, installations and industry standards Excellent communication and organisational skills Confident, practical, and solutions-focused approach Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to be site based in one location but manage many projects.
