We are currently seeking a motivated Planner to join our dynamic award‑winning team. The successful candidate will have experience working in the construction industry and expertise in project controls to support our expansion across the UK. Our team is multi‑disciplinary, so a wide range of experience and/or willingness to learn is crucial.

What You Will Do
* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules, ensuring they are robust, realistic, and practicable.
* Collate and validate project progress and report to the management team.
* Understand project risks and identify opportunities to de‑risk project delivery.
* Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure buy‑in to the project schedule.
* Manage the project under an NEC4 Option A contract.
* Utilise Primavera software for scheduling and project management.
Essential
* 2+ years planning experience working on a variety of construction and infrastructure projects.
* Proficient in Asta Powerproject.
* Experience with progress tracking through droplines and resource loading schedules.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
* Experience planning on NEC contract forms.
* Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations, with the ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasively.
Desirable
* In‑depth knowledge of the pre‑construction and construction process.
* Knowledge and experience of 4D planning methodologies and tools.
* Knowledge of P6.
* Qualified to degree level, which would be advantageous, as would having formal project management qualifications such as APM or PRINCE2.
* Membership of a professional body, e.g. APM, ICE, CIOB.
