Recruiting tomorrow’s Army today. You'll support candidates through their assessment journey to join the British Army, in a fair and welcoming environment. You'll carry out physical and psychometric tests, apply scoring guidelines, and help evaluate each candidate’s potential. This is a full-time, on-site role. It includes overnight chaperone and ‘on call’ duties once per week, plus one working weekend per month (Saturday and Sunday).
