Customer Service Administrator – Severn Trent (Coventry) Location: Severn Trent Centre, Coventry Contract: Until January 2026 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour Recruiter: Morson Edge Morson Edge are recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for two experienced and confident Customer Service Administrators to join their Training Academy team based in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Training Academy, ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Training Academy team Manage course bookings and maintain accurate training records Answer incoming calls, take messages, and record them accurately on internal systems Use Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication Update and manage data using ASK HR and other internal systems Support with course materials, scheduling, and general coordination About You: Strong administrative background, ideally with experience in an education or training environment Confident communicator with excellent telephone and written skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems quickly Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and “hit the ground running” If you’re a confident, proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity, this could be a great fit within one of the UK’s leading utilities companies
