Our client is a growing and technically advanced manufacturing business and is seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a complex assembly and manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role within a business entering a significant growth phase. You'll play a key role in shaping production processes, improving operational performance and building a manufacturing function capable of supporting future expansion. The role would suit someone from a manufacturing, assembly or advanced engineering environment who enjoys balancing operational delivery with continuous improvement and team development.
