Minimum experience and skills: Academic background in Engineering, Maths, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent. C1 level English. At least 7-10 years' experience working in Front Office. Broad participation in digitalisation plans. Broad knowledge of derivatives. Broad knowledge of the whole product value chain (FO, BO, Accounting, Risk, etc.). Relevant experience in process transformation and organizational changes. Digital and open mindset, being able to challenge the status quo. Expertise in team working and interacting with with different areas. Deep knowledge of Front Office tools (Murex, Bloomberg, etc.). Overview Transformation & Platform Strategy Management (T&PSM) helps CIB Global Markets to decline the strategy into concrete solutions, by facilitating: (i) the proposition and design of the target platform; and (ii) the design and execution of strategic projects that all have a technical angle. It contributes to the business growth by facilitating the adoption of new business models through modern, efficient, user friendly, flexible and agile solutions, together with seamless and streamline processes. We are looking for a senior candidate with experience in CIB Front Office products and processes. Within the team in charge of the transformation of Global Markets Platform, BBVA needs a flexible and adaptive candidate capable to perform the following kind of tasks (non exhaustive): Contribute with a modern and disruptive mindset to the transformation of the different Front Office businesses, with focus on IR and Credit derivatives (flow, inflation-linked, volatility and exotics). Understand all the different functional and technical components of the negotiation and pricing. Understand Trading and Sales processes and needs and help them in the conceptualization of projects, with different time horizons. Understand the whole product value chain and promote the implementation of better end-to-end processes. Contribute to the design of new processes / solutions and the execution of new projects by providing expert criteria and experience in processes & project management. Lead new technologies initiatives, in order to assess its convenience for Global Markets at a relatively early stage.
