Landscape Team Leaders
Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

We are GreenArt; setting the standard for creating, developing and caring for beautiful gardens for clients across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Our aim is to provide them with amazing spaces that are rich in life and designed for resilience.
The demand for a GreenArt garden continues to grow, and we're looking for experienced landscape experts who've managed teams, materials and projects; delivering high quality solutions on time and to budget.
In particular you will:
· Mark out sites, prepare foundations, lay a range of materials from paving slabs and stone setts to brick walls and steps
· Construct decking, fences and water features
· Prepare ground for turfing, soil and beds for planting, then lay turf and plants to agreed plans
· Work with the Projects Coordinator to plan and execute schedules of works, managing and motivating your team effectively and reporting back on progress
· Set high standards by example, ensuring great timekeeping, attitudes, the safe use of all equipment, and supporting with training when required
You will need to bring at least 5 years' hard and soft landscaping experience including 2 years in a supervisory role where you have effectively managed a team of landscapers to deliver projects on time, on budget and to the company's quality standards.
This is a great mix of hands-on and supervisory requirements, requiring proven experience in project planning, site layout and preparation. The key skills required include paving, brick and natural stonework, timberwork, water features, turfing and planting, and in the use of all associated tools and equipment.
Good plant knowledge and a 360 degree digger ticket is an advantage, and trailer towing training will be given if required. We'll provide you with full admin and operations support to allow you to work efficiently on site and maintain a productive and motivated team.
