About the Role Vivid Resourcing is working with a an organization seeking an experienced and driven Waste & Recycling Manager to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of their waste and recycling services. This is a key operational leadership role, responsible for ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and cost‑effective services that support the organisation's environmental objectives and serve our communities. You will manage frontline operations, contracts, budgets, and people, while driving service improvement, health and safety excellence, and statutory compliance.
