Your role Supporting and leading the Sales department as a Used Car Sales Manager, you’ll be a consistent role model for the whole department, working to maximise sales and profitability. You’ll be able to use your knowledge and experience to have a real impact on the business and wider Sales Manager team. What you’ll do day to day Motive the sales team to deliver an incredible customer experience for every customer that the sales team comes into contact with Unleash the potential of the sales team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives Ensure that all sales executives have a current performance development review to maximise performance and to support individuals’ development Ensure that compliance is in place and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturer’s standards Manage the day-to-day sales activities such as deal files, handovers, sales funnel to maximise sales revenue Encourage the sales team to review processes to ensure they are working in the most efficient way Identify new ways of working and actively encourage the sales team to try out new ideas Your profile Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here − if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you.
