Role Summary:We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Finance Officer to support the Director of Finance in the day-to-day financial management of the College. This pivotal role will ensure compliance with financial regulations, support audit requirements, and manage key financial operations including payroll, budget monitoring, and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Duties:

1. Supervise the finance team to ensure efficient financial operations

2. Oversee the month-end process and produce monthly management accounts

3. Manage reconciliations, accruals, deferred income, and fixed asset register

4. Monitor departmental budgets and support preparation of a 3-year financial plan

5. Lead on VAT recording and statutory returns
