Join us as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that prioritizes customers.
As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't available. You will motivate the team and ensure they have what they need to do an excellent job.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead the effort to ensure customers have a great experience whether they shop in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
* Inspiring the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards
* Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and warmly
* Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
* Ensuring displays are well-stocked and appealing
* Maintaining a clean, tidy, and presentable shop

About You
