£36,140 Basic Salary. Our VW Technicians typically earn around £46,000 - £48,000 annually, with top performers earning more!

This is the job
You’ll be:
* A communicator: Ensuring your customer is fully taken care of. You will diagnose issues and explain repairs effectively, providing the best service.
* A self-starter: Managing your workload independently, from beginning to end, including concise paperwork.
* A fixer/problem solver: Utilizing your technical expertise to resolve various issues, whether warranty-related or roadside breakdowns, enabling customers to continue their day.
What will I be doing?
You will fix vehicles roadside or undertake warranty repairs on an appointment basis. You will help customers get back on their journey, with a comprehensive induction and ongoing training, including EV and HV training.
What do I need?
You’ll need:
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
* Knowledge of working on one or multiple VWG brands or vehicles.
* A full category B driving license with 6 points or less.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
