We are looking for a Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager, based nationwide or in Lincoln or Nottingham, to join our Kier Design business. The role involves providing design and professional services across various sectors, including the built environment, for both public and private sector clients.

Responsibilities
As part of our Architecture & Building Consultancy team, you will deliver project management services to internal and external clients, adhering to Kier's quality management system, using our APM-accredited project management methodology, tools, templates, and processes.
Your daily tasks will include:
1. Working with clients and stakeholders to define project briefs, scope, requirements, and success factors.
2. Managing core project activities such as risk management, stakeholder engagement, communication, reporting, scheduling, and change control.
3. Supporting clients with project delivery strategies and contractor procurement.
4. Administering construction contracts on behalf of clients.
5. Managing Kier's project team and ensuring service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
This role is ideal if you:
* Hold a degree (minimum HNC/HND) in a construction-related discipline and an APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification.
* Are a member of the APM or an equivalent professional body relevant to construction, and hold a full driving license for site and office visits.
* Have experience managing multiple built environment projects, including new builds, extensions, or refurbishments, of medium complexity and scale, covering at least half of the project lifecycle. Experience in contract administration and contractor procurement is desirable.
