Overview
Central Recruitment are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to work out of our office in Burnley town centre. The ideal candidate will be happy to work in a fast-paced environment and customer facing.
Key responsibilities
* Greeting potential candidates who come in to the office
* Taking inbound calls
* Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and our internal database
* Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific positions
* Interview potential candidates
* Right to Work verification
* Input information on to our system
What we are looking for
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable with making telephone calls and taking inbound calls
* Driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring teams professionally and efficiently.
Hours of work
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
Salary
£23,809 - £25,500 + Commission
