Business Development Manager – Complex Care
Sentra Care is supporting a leading provider of community complex care as they look to bring in a Business Development Manager to drive growth across their specialist services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Complex Care, Brain Injury, or Critical Care who wants to step into a commercially focused position.
No sales experience required. Full training, support, and ongoing development will be provided.
Your clinical understanding is key. It allows you to build credibility with ICBs and funders, understand the nuances of complex care packages, and navigate both clinical and commercial conversations with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Building, managing, and strengthening relationships with commissioners
* Driving new business and supporting service expansion
* Collaborating with internal clinical and operational teams
* Helping shape personalised care solutions for adults and children with complex needs in the home
Must haves (Qualifications)
* MUST be a RGN, Physio or OT - with experience in Complex Care, Brain Injury, and or Critical Care
* Driving is essential for this role so MUST have a UK license and a car
* MUST be willing to travel - this role will require travel to Berkshire, Wilshire & Hampshire to meet stakeholders. There will also be travel to London required for meetings from time to time
* MUST have Right to work in UK - They CANNOT offer Skilled worker visas
