Planner
We are now recruiting for a Planner to join our well‑respected and valued planning service.
You will be joining a team of excellent and welcoming professionals who strive to deliver the best service possible, promoting growth alongside securing quality development and communication. The District includes Green Belt, Heritage & Conservation, Town Centres, flood risk, and development viability and design.
Responsibilities
You will deal with a range of application and appeal types, and mentor and support trainees within the team.
Requirements
* Degree level education or equivalent.
* Experience handling planning applications and appeals.
* Must have regular access to a vehicle for travel within and outside the district.
