We are looking for entry-level DevOps Engineers for a project based in Edinburgh.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting cloud-based infrastructure (primarily AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Assisting with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
* Writing and maintaining scripts for automation (e.g. Bash, Python)
* Monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and improving reliability
* Working with developers to streamline build and release processes
* Contributing to documentation and improving internal tooling
Basic Skillset (Must-Have)
* Basic understanding of Linux and command line usage
* Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.)
* Understanding of version control (Git)
* Awareness of cloud platforms
* Strong problem-solving mindset
* Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
* Exposure to Docker or containerisation concepts
* Understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
* Any exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
