What will the HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition role involve?
Leading end-to-end recruitment campaigns for call centre roles, ensuring high quality and timely talent sourcing
Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand resource needs and deliver recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives
Managing candidate engagement and selection processes to create a positive candidate experience
Supporting wider HR generalist duties related to onboarding and compliance within the recruitment cycle
Driving continuous improvement by utilising recruitment data insights and market intelligence
Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor - Talent Acquisition vacancy:
Proven experience in volume or high-volume recruitment, preferably within call centre or customer service industries
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Well-rounded HR generalist knowledge that supports recruitment and employee lifecycle activities
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and meeting tight deadlines
