Experienced Housekeeper/Housekeeping Team Leader Wanted for Luxury Holiday Property Management in North Wales (Halkyn)
We are seeking an experienced and personable individual or team to oversee the management of a large 8-bedroom luxury holiday property in North Wales. This role entails not only maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction but also involves managing property operations and coordinating your own team of staff.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing guest bookings and scheduling cleans with our existing property manager
* Maintaining exceptional standards throughout the property
* Bringing in and managing your own team of staff
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the property on a day-to-day basis
* Demonstrating initiative, attention to detail, and local area knowledge
The successful applicant(s) must live within the local area, ideally within a 15-minute drive for flexibility in responding to guest needs. This is a part-time, permanent position with flexible hours ranging from 12 to 20 hours per week available on a self employed or employed basis.
We offer excellent remuneration, with the potential for additional bonuses based on performance. Immediate availability is preferred.
