Responsibilities
* We are looking for a Client Director, experienced in winning, shaping and leading consulting engagements across the utilities sector.
* Lead with senior client portfolios, making a strategic impact and delivering value for BFY’s clients.
* Scoping, shaping, leading and delivering projects. Be resourceful and pragmatic, finding ways to deliver despite resource or operational challenges.
* Establish yourself as the trusted adviser with senior / C-suite clients, identifying, creating and winning new business through your client portfolio and developing new clients to partner with BFY.
* Motivate and engage clients through networking, industry conferences, social media, and relationship building to grow brand reputation.
* Act as a true thought leader, building credibility and client value with input based on industry knowledge, research, analysis, economic trends and understanding of the client’s business.
* Provide leadership to consulting teams, nurturing talent, maximizing potential and managing performance to deliver high-quality client projects.
Qualifications and Experience
* Client development is a way of life. Demonstrate a track record of success in partnering with clients and growing accounts to become trusted partners.
* Consulting skills developed through experience in a consultancy firm. Be an expert practitioner, a strong coach and leader to upskill teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
* Qualifications are flexible; a degree is not prerequisites, but you will understand tools of client development, change management, and project delivery.
* Exceptional leadership skills to motivate consulting teams to deliver and sustain results, maximizing talent and performance.
* Stays abreast of emerging technology and how to leverage it to add client value.
* Deep experience, knowledge and relationships in the Utilities sector with a strong senior-level network.
