* Oversee the digital capabilities of the Create team, both in the UK and offshore in India (KGS).
* Develop and implement digital strategies.
* Manage digital projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.

* Address and resolve issues quickly, providing solutions to improve processes.
What will you be doing?
* Strategy Development: Work with the team to develop and implement digital strategies.
* Team Management: Oversee the digital team, ensuring efficient processes and operations.
* Project Management: Manage digital projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
* Innovation: Introduce new technologies and ideas to improve digital capabilities.
* Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues quickly, providing solutions to improve processes.
What will you need to do it?
* Technical Skills: Experience in digital development, digital design, and UX/UI capabilities.
* Management Skills: Ability to manage and get the best out of a team of developers and designers.
* Soft Skills: Pragmatic, dynamic, solution-oriented, and passionate about new technologies.
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* Experience: Preferably from an agency environment or an internal creative team, with experience in managing offshore teams.
* Experience working with offshore teams.
* Understanding of accessibility requirements and agile development processes.
Our Locations: We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core Central Service hubs for this role are:
* Birmingham
* Leeds
* Manchester
This position will largely be based from Birmingham.
With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options. If you have a need for flexibility, please register and discuss this with our team.
