A local authority based in the East Midlands is seeking an Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of three months. The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be required to provide advice to the Council on all aspects of adult care legal work. You must have experience in Court of Protection, Mental Capacity, Mental Health, and more general issues under the Care Act. This is a full-time position for 37 hours per week. Our client is open to someone working fully remotely but you will need to attend the office on the first day to meet the team and collect laptop/equipment etc. Previous local authority adult social care experience is essential. You must be available to start on no more than 2 weeks’ notice.
