Job Description

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for Chemical Production Operatives on behalf of a leading manufacturer based in Northampton.

This role involves batch mixing and chemical handling in a production environment, with a strong focus on health & safety, quality, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
* Batch mixing of chemical products using site-specific processes

* Weighing, dispensing, and preparing materials for production

* Offloading tankers, including hazardous or flammable substances

* Performing stock checks and daily tank readings

* Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and environmental procedures

* Carrying out quality inspections and in-process checks

* Completing batch documentation and entering data into stock control systems

* Participating in daily team meetings and improvement initiatives
