Support the implementation and management of Employee Central and Time Management modules across TUI Group as we build our new HRIS infrastructure, ensuring successful delivery and embedding of the solution across our core regions and businesses.

ABOUT THE JOB

* You’ll be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and support of Employee Central and Time Management modules across TUI, acting as a subject matter expert for both solutions.
* Supporting a network of Key Users across the business will be central to your role as you ensure the solution is utilized and embedded in all parts of the business where implemented.
* We’ll rely on you to ensure our data governance principles are adhered to and Framework processes are embedded while maintaining cost‑efficient operation.
* Playing a key part in testing the solution through various iterations, you’ll tailor test cases and ensure SMEs have the required support to sign off on each test phase.
* You’ll take a leading role in project workshops and meetings, ensuring decisions are documented and agreed while working closely with other workstreams to define, test, and document requirements.
* Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll engage, motivate, and influence people across multiple locations to ensure successful delivery of the solution.


ABOUT YOU

* You have proven experience managing the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management modules across complex matrix organizations.
* Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module demonstrates your expertise, with Time Management and ONB2.0 certifications being particularly valuable.
* Proven experience with implementation of Employee Central and Time Management on a multi‑site, multi‑company, multi‑country basis enables you to navigate complexity effectively.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills help you work across the Group at different levels and build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Excellent analytical capabilities and a willingness to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software support your ability to adapt to evolving requirements.
* You’re comfortable with occasional travel to support implementation and engagement activities across our global business.
