People Solutions are currently recruiting for Parcel Sorters to join our well-established client based in Livingston, West Lothian. This is a great opportunity for reliable and physically fit individuals looking for early morning work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or Picker Packer.
Shifts: Tuesday to Saturday: 4.00am - finish by 10.00am latest
Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a Parcel Sorter, your duties will include:
* Sorting parcels by postcode along a conveyor belt
* Handling parcels of various shapes, sizes and weights
* Loading and unloading items as required
* Ensuring parcels are sorted accurately and efficiently
* Working as part of a team to meet targets
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Essential Skills:
The skills required as a Parcel Sorter are:
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Due to early start times, must be local or have own transport
Desirable Experience:
* Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is advantageous but not essential.
Training:
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
