We are seeking an ambitious Building Surveyor looking for a rewarding career journey. * Quality & Technical Monitoring
* Bank/Fund Monitoring
* Defects Diagnosis
* Dilapidations
* Measured Surveys
* Party Wall Awards
* Principal Designer
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be delivering customer service excellence with good commercial results.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified in Building Surveying or a similar technical discipline
* MRICS or membership of another relevant professional body
Experience
* CDM / Health & Safety exposure
* Project‑based experience
* Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
* Excellent specification writing skills
* Good knowledge of JCT Contracts
* Track record in project management of projects from inception to completion
* Evidence of working with multiple stakeholders
* Experience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines
* Previously employed by a consultancy
