We are seeking an experienced education professional to join the governing body of a new Alternative Provision.
This role focuses on supporting and challenging the quality of teaching, learning, and behaviour across the provision.
Responsibilities
* Provide oversight of curriculum, teaching, and behaviour standards
* Support leadership in maintaining high expectations and structure
* Contribute to Ofsted readiness and quality assurance
* Ensure learning is meaningful and supports progression
Background
* Senior leadership experience within education
* Strong understanding of SEND and/or SEMH
* Ability to provide constructive challenge and professional insight
