Duties:
8. Carry out repairs, diagnostics, and servicing of vehicles at various locations across Liverpool.
9. Deliver high standards of technical service to customers, ensuring satisfaction.
10. Ensure compliance with all safety and industry regulations.
11. Provide expert technical advice and support to customers and colleagues.
12. Maintain and repair a wide range of mechanical systems on vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
Requirements:
13. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Automotive Maintenance or equivalent (City & Guilds or similar).
14. Full, valid UK driving licence.
15. Minimum of one year’s experience as a Mobile Service Technician or in a similar role.
16. Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
17. A proactive, customer-oriented approach combined with excellent communication skills.
