The Role At Realise, we’re searching for people who are passionate about developing and supporting our learners to fulfil their potential with our early years programmes. Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an evening Early Years Bootcamps Trainer to join the Early Years team. We welcome applications from full-time and part-time candidates. The hours the successful applicant will be delivering training will be between 6.00pm and 9pm. Whilst we can’t promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be: - Ensure the successful completion, achievement and progression of all learners studying on the Early Years Bootcamp courses. - Organise, plan, deliver, and evaluate teaching, learning and assessment at Level 2 and Level 3, as well as the timely completion of related administration using our e-portfolio systems. - This role will be based at home, and you will be delivering our fantastic courses to our learners, online. - You will be expected to teach learners both on a 121 basis and in group teaching sessions. - Ability and willingness to respond positively and effectively to change and innovation. - To build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all clients. The Salary - If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 3 - £27,500 - If you are qualified Trainer and can deliver Level 5 - £28,500 - You can also earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!
