About the Role
To work as part of ‘one team’ at Bramfield House School to facilitate the education and care of young people with SEMH. Responsibilities include planning, organising, and delivering the curriculum tailored to individual needs, working in a trans-disciplinary capacity, and practicing with competence to reduce barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons based on the National Curriculum and individual pupil needs.
2. Maintain stimulating learning environments and display pupil work to encourage participation.
3. Maintain records and prepare reports to monitor progress and achievement.
General Responsibilities
1. Work proactively with pupils and staff to meet individual needs.
2. Supervise and collaborate with Teaching Assistants.
3. Engage in training and professional development.
4. Coordinate with team members on planning and assessment.
5. Use resources efficiently and maintain the learning environment.
Qualifications
* UK QTS or equivalent.
* Potential for leadership development.

Additional Details
This role is in Halesworth, within commuting distance of Lowestoft and Diss. It offers a permanent, full-time contract starting September 2025, with a 4-day workweek trial, subject to successful completion.
