As a Health and Wellness Sales Advisor, youll combine expert product knowledge with customer service skills to drive sales and make a real impact on customer wellbeing. Youll be on the shop floor, creating personalised experiences, sharing expert advice, and helping customers discover solutions that really work for them – all while supporting sales through genuine, feel‑good service. Whether customers are seeking relief, guidance, or ways to boost their wellness routines, youll play a vital role in helping them feel healthier, happier, and more confident in their choices.
Key responsibilities
* Report to the Assistant Manager and support all health and wellness brands, providing expert, unbiased advice to ensure customers receive the best experience.
* Use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic healthcare solutions and products, including our in‑store and Online Doctor services, and refer to the dispensary or pharmacist where necessary.
* Engage customers using your sales and communication skills every day to support their diverse health needs.
* Support team success as a sales‑based role with no commission or performance‑based commission structure.
* Complete the Healthcare Training Programme at NVQ2 level.
* Maintain store appearance by keeping shelves well stocked, cleaned, and tidied throughout the day.

This is a permanent role. We require a commitment to the advertised hours on a permanent basis. Candidates should be flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including evening and weekend shifts.
The hourly rate for this role is £13.56 and up to £15.59 across selected locations within London. No previous experience required – full training will be provided.
