What You'll Be Doing
* Implementing and adhering to Kerry QSHE policies and standards on site.
* Developing and maintaining compliance with engineering statutory requirements.
* Ensuring safe operation and maintenance of equipment and processes.
* Overseeing site engineering activities, including capital planning and maintenance programs.
* Executing a comprehensive preventative maintenance program on time and within budget.
* Supporting the engineering team with technical skills to resolve issues promptly.
* Managing the site engineering budget and monitoring KPI targets.
* Recruiting and building effective teams that are engaged and empowered.
* Developing internal talent and aligning career goals with organizational objectives.
What You Can Bring to the Role
* Proven leadership experience in a large-scale process industry, preferably food or beverage.
* Relevant qualifications in Process, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership and employee engagement abilities.
* Practical application of engineering principles.
* Team leadership and development expertise.
* Solid business knowledge and ability to interface with manufacturing organizations.
