As part of our ESG, Sourcing & Quality team, we’re looking for an ESG Data Analyst to support our ESG data strategy and reporting processes. Reporting into the ESG Data Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in collecting, validating, and analysing ESG data across our brands. You’ll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our environmental and social data, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to the delivery of impactful ESG disclosures. This role will be based full-time, in-person in our London office. YOUR TEAM ESG, Sourcing & Quality is reimagining how the Group works globally. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Responsibilities Support the ESG Data Reporting Manager in developing and maintaining ESG data collection and reporting processes. Assist in the collection, validation, and analysis of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data. Support packaging and textile Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting and compliance across the UK and EU. Contribute to supply chain tier mapping and data collection to support environmental impact reduction and ESG reporting. Support in collecting certification from our suppliers to ensure we can make compliant green claims about our use of preferred materials. Help prepare the data required for ESG reports, disclosures, and regulatory filings. Collaborate with internal teams across brands and external partners to gather and manage ESG data. Monitor emerging ESG regulations and support the implementation of new processes to ensure compliance. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in data collection, validation, and analysis. Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets. Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and process-focused, ensuring consistent and auditable data trails. Motivated to work through complex tasks and deliver high-quality results. Interest in ESG topics and a desire to learn more about sustainability in the apparel sector. Desirable Skills & Experience: Experience using SQL and/or Google BigQuery for data analysis. Familiarity with data processes in multi-brand organisations. Knowledge of apparel supply chains and sustainability challenges. Understanding of GHG accounting methodologies. Awareness of packaging and product compliance schemes. Ability to use data visualisation tools to communicate insights and support business cases. Understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards.
