Role
Qualified social worker required to work within Integrated Services for adults with disabilities at the Millennium Centre in Leasowe, Wirral.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Care Act assessments and create personalised support plans.
* Complete mental capacity assessments.
* Lead safeguarding enquiries.
* Apply asset and strength‑based approaches to assessment and support planning.
Qualifications
* Qualified social worker registered with SWE.
* Experience in Care Act assessments, mental capacity and safeguarding.
* Newly qualified staff or final‑year social work students accepted.
